Between 15 years of Data Analytics, Product Management and Industrial Trading, we knew how to build global supply chains and analyze complex data. But when it came to finding toys that weren't "plastic junk" or "boring blocks," we were failing.

In 2024, after a 10-day deep dive into global toy hubs (yes, we actually went on a "research expedition" to look at toys), we realized something: Play is serious business.
We decided to take our 30 years of corporate obsession—precision, safety, and analytics—and point it at the playroom.

In 2025, we went on a 10-day "research expedition." Most people call it a vacation; we spent it obsessively exploring the world’s leading business and educational hubs. (Yes, we are those guys).

We stepped into "learning laboratories" that looked like toy stores but acted like brain gyms. We saw toys being used as essential tools for cognitive growth and organizational excellence. It was a wake-up call.
The Realization:
In the world's most innovative cities, play isn't an afterthought or a way to keep kids quiet—it’s a high-performance experience. We looked at each other and realized: Indian parents deserve this level of intentionality.
We returned with a mission to ditch the "random toy box" and replace it with a curated toolkit for the next generation. A&M World isn't just a store; it’s the result of that 10-day deep dive into what play should be.

Since we started, A&M World has grown from two guys with a vision into a full-blown "Toy Lab." We’ve blended some pretty serious professional skills with a very un-serious love for play.
